Dates to Know:

February 5th - All Staff Training at Staff Meeting

February 11: Skyward will “Go Dark” on the afternoon of February 11, you will lose access to Skyward during this time.

February 25: Qmlativ will “Go Live” on or before Tuesday February 25.

Please note: Most of our online curriculum apps (e.g: Savvas, McGraw Hill, TCI, etc.) and Ed Tech tools (eg: Classlink, Canva) rely on data syncs (including class rosters)_with Skyward. The Ed Tech department is working closely with our vendors and our Student Information team to plan the transition. However, it is always good to have a plan B and we will be sharing some additional steps for you to take to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Please note: If you work on Canvas modules, etc from February 14th - (Whenever they say it's live), you will may lose your work. You can Export your work to save it. Import it after they say it's okay.
Please note: Students should not be submitting in Canvas from February 14th to whenever it all goes live again. Assignments will be lost if they do.

February 26: Optional Training on Wednesday Morning in P2 at 8:30 AM

Dylan is out on Feb 24th so if you have questions, send them to Josh or look at the modules

Save any paystub info you might need if refinancing/whatever is in your near future
