This course is a condensed class with increased pacing in alignment with the Common Core math standards for all of 6th grade and approximately half of the 7th grade. The focus is on expressions and equations, rational numbers, ratios and scale, algebraic thinking, the coordinate plane, and statistical thinking. The course has increased pacing to build one and one-half years of math concepts into one school year.
