This is a lab science class dedicated to the study of metals, ceramics, polymers and composites. Experiments will be done to demonstrate the effects of chemical make-up, stresses, strains and temperatures on each of these materials. Students will also be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge learned in these experiments to design and develop projects.
