This course addresses the State Standards for Mathematics for Grade 7 by developing students’ abilities to problem solve, reason and communicate mathematics through the Standards for Math Practice. Students’ learning focuses on proportional relationships, operations with rational numbers, linear equations, scale drawings and statistical sampling.
