IB Japanese HL is a yearlong class for advanced students who want to continue learning about Japanese grammar and Japanese culture at an advanced level and prepares students for sitting for the Higher Level exam in May. Students will build on listening and reading skills and will continue their study of detailed, advanced Japanese grammar. Students are expected to be able to work independently and take full responsibility for their learning. In IB Japanese HL, students and teachers will be communicating exclusively in Japanese.
