We analyze historical interactions between people, geography, politics, economics, and cultures, while making connections with current events/issues. Throughout the course students will be asked to think critically, enhance social studies skills, and communicate effectively in a variety of settings (large group, small group, peer to peer, presentations, projects, writing, etc.), using documents, maps, charts, graphs, technology, multimedia platforms, and informational tools.
