One last time - this is what you should be working on, if you are at this stage:
Stage 3) The Polished Product (Your Final Submission) (15pts)
It needs to have a cohesive and polished look. (5pts)
It is better to have less and/or simpler graphical elements done well than tons of stuff done poorly.
It needs to at least *feel* like care and attention was given...so randomly pasted graphics from a Meme just won't cut it this time.
Code must be clean, commented, and complete. (5pts)
This means getting rid of any code that doesn't do anything.
Adding comments to your own creations and ideas is often a lot easier.
It needs run perfectly. (5pts)
Your program should just work - under any conditions.
The key to this is that your program should be *really good* about resetting itself. Any time you add a variable, make sure you add it to the script that resets everything.
Also, you should test it - several times in several ways. Don't just 'check if it works' - actually try to make it not work (do user-inputs in weird orders, try to move off the screen, etc). You should send the link to at least two other people and have them run it directly, and run it a few times.
Again - I am genuinely looking forward to seeing what you all end up creating. Good Luck!
Can't change a rubric once you've started using it.
