DN AEROBIC&YOGA_Foote_S1
This class gives students the opportunity to pursue fitness in non-sports related activities. Students will learn the benefits of yoga and how to properly do a variety of yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength, posture, and mental health. Students will experience the benefits of dance fitness as a form of cardiovascular endurance while also developing coordination and body proprioception.

A Library TA is a student representative of the library and responsible for customer service and tasks (checking in/out books, shelving, library organization, errands, and special projects).

TEAM SPORTS_Tremblay_S1
Course Description: This course is designed to provide all students the opportunities to participate in a variety of physical activities. Students will learn and demonstrate sportsmanship and teamwork through a variety of individual and team sports. Students will gain the skills and knowledge to pursue lifelong fitness.
