PE 7_Morse_R1
This class emphasizes the importance of having an active lifestyle now and in future practice. It is my goal to help students attain awareness and appreciation to movement while also meeting their present and future physical education needs. These needs, met through a variety of activities, lead to the development of coordination, skill, and endurance. The class will stress the importance of student participation and sportsmanship while learning and performing various skills in movement activities, team and individual sports, and recreational activities. We also strive to have a strong emphasis in fitness related activities. Students will measure their ability level and improvement through periodic fitness tests as provided by focused fitness and the district wide fitness program.
