AUTOMAT&ROBOTIC_England_R2
Automation and Robotics (STEM) – Students in this class will trace the history, development, and influence of automation and robotics. You will learn about mechanical systems and different types of mechanisms, energy transfer, machine automation and computer programming of robotic systems. Students will use robust robotics kits to design, build and program robotic solutions to solve existing problems. Each kit contains over 1800 parts that the students will use to build their robotics projects from scratch. This class has a $15.00 fee

LIFE SCIENCE A_Beck_R1
We’ll start the year off with the tiniest living things (cells) and how larger living things are structured (like you and me!). Later, we’ll move into why living things have certain characteristics (genetics) and end the year with how all of these living things fit together in the environment (ecology). Our goal is for every student to grow as a student and scientist in our classes. Students will strive to master concepts, processes, and skills to perform scientific inquiry through hands-on activities, simulations, modeling, projects, readings, and guided instruction.

CC GEOM LAB A_Sedlacek_S1
CC Geometry Lab provides a support structure for struggling students to achieve success in a Geometry course. It will strive to accomplish this by providing further explanation, extra practice and review of previously learned concepts, as well as previews of upcoming material. Students must be concurrently enrolled in a CC Geometry course.
